Supercharged Outreach: Improve accessibility of ICANN issues

If ICANN is to become a broad-based multistakeholder organization, it must translate highly-technical issues for a variety of its stakeholders. In other words, ICANN needs a better strategy for making obtuse technical issues more accessible and actionable by the communities it wishes to engage. Use virtual reality to enable face to face interactions online

Academics have been fooling around with this for years. Heck, our very own Bret Faucett set up an "ICANN Island" in Second Life almost 10 years ago. It wasn't good/stable enough back then. But maybe it's time to try again.
