ICANN Strategy Panel: Multistakeholder Innovation Ideas

Using Liquid Democracy principles to deal with the problems in getting things done in the current ICANN structure.

ICANN should identify documend management proceedures. This could rande is from the simplest form of rules and standards to be used by staff and community for document naming, of different editions and drafts. Multiple perssons are working from existing document of blank starts and mutliply drafts need to be merged. A convention for coument naming pluc a methology for combining content. Academics have been fooling around with this for years. Heck, our very own Bret Faucett set up an "ICANN Island" in Second Life almost 10 years ago. It wasn't good/stable enough back then. But maybe it's time to try again.
