Folks concerned with Internet Governance and ICANN oversight might recall that a ranked-choice voting method was used by ICANN in October 2000 to select five At-Large Board members. Publish the proposed strategy for ICANN in an open, standard, machine-readable format like StratML. Engage tool vendors and value-added intermediaries to provide services enabling input and feedback explicitly linked to each objectives set forth in the plan.
